Special Holiday Flight

We'll be offering a special flight in our Tasting Room featuring The Bog, Warmth & Wood: Cherry Tripel Wreck, Warmth & Wood: Chocolate and Vanilla Stout, and Coquito.

Read more about each of the brews in the flight before you try it for yourself:

  • The Bog: What happens when you make a Cranberry Wheat and accidentally add too much cranberry? Embrace it and turn it into a Shandy! A tart cranberry wheat beer blended with lemonade, The Bog is vibrant and refreshing while still packing tons of flavor.
  • Warmth & Wood: Cherry Tripel Wreck: Introducing Cherry Tripel Wreck, a Belgian-Style Tripel Ale meticulously aged in rum barrels for a truly exceptional brew. Crafted with pure pilsner malt and Saaz hops, it delivers a clean, crisp base complemented by belgian yeast nuances, the barrel aging imparts a rich, boozy, rum barrel character and draws out the subtle oak and vanilla notes. To elevate this brew, we conditioned it on cherries, infusing a delightful sweet fruit essence. The Warmth & Wood series offers a unique and unforgettable taste adventure fusing tradition, woodsy complexity, and a touch of fruity sweetness.
  • Warmth & Wood: Chocolate & Vanilla Stout: Embrace the indulgence of Chocolate and Vanilla Stout, a rich, full-bodied stout aged in rum barrels. This stout offers a bold and boozy flavor profile, complemented by the subtle notes of charred oak and smooth vanilla drawn from the rum barrel. Following its barrel rest, it's delicately conditioned on a symphony of vanilla and chocolate, delivering an irresistible blend of sweetness and depth. Experience the notes of rum barrel, the embrace of oak, and the allure of chocolate and vanilla flavors in every sip.
  • Coquito: Coquito is our rum barrel-aged Imperial Cream Ale inspired by the traditional Puerto Rican Christmas drink. After extended aging in freshly dumped rum barrels, vanillins extracted from the wood are complemented by a delicate addition of lactose on the hot side and additions of cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans, along with the perfect balance of coconut notes. Equally delicious around a roaring fire or on the sunny beaches of San Juan, Coquito is perfect for gathering with friends and family for holiday cheer.

Exclusive R.A.D. on Tap

We’ll also be celebrating Small Brewery Sunday by tapping our newest Research and Development brew (aka R.A.D.) in the Tasting Room. Our RAD 038 is an English Strong Ale on nitro that comes in at 6.2%, available at the bar while supplies last.
