From animated conversations about the latest brews to friendly competitions or impromptu games, you can always catch members of the Brew Crew having fun together. Throughout his tenure with the CMBC team, Tim has proven to be an invaluable asset, and his contributions during the last quarter have been exceptional. Whenever he is at the brewery, his eagerness to assist, regardless of the task or its demands, stands out. Whether it's lending a hand at SRE, tackling basic truck repairs, conducting fire inspections, or attending to general upkeep, Tim consistently exemplifies professionalism in every undertaking.
Chris Martin swiftly responded to a call from one of our drivers reporting a flat tire due to a nail. Despite the challenge of realizing the vehicle did not have a spare tire with it already, Chris didn't hesitate. He promptly hopped onto a truck and drove an extensive two-hour journey in rush hour traffic to North Jersey, ensuring the driver received a replacement tire and providing assistance with the tire change. Chris exemplifies the essence of being a Good Neighbor and an outstanding teammate through such proactive and selfless actions.
