Rock The Taps: Johnny Sansone Rocks in The Brewtanical Garden

Tue Jul. 25 • 7:00pm

At Cape May Brewery

Unknown 1

Join us in the Cape May Brewery Brewtanical Garden for our first show in our roots rock and blues series, Rock The Taps! The first concert will feature The Johnny Sansone Band featuring John Fohl & Special Guests Big Chief Monk Boudreaux and Tom Worrell.

Johnny Sansone is a full fledged Louisiana artist, combining blues, boogie, and the front Cajun and Zydecon sounds of the Louisiana bayou country. Sansone will show off his howling, rip-through-the-plaster voice and deep-grooved harmonica riffs backed by his touring band, featuring guitarist John Fohl (Dr. John, Cherry Poppin' Daddies). NEA Heritage Artist, Big Chief Monk Boudreaux, brings the Black Indian culture of New Orleans to this very special performance, along with New Orleans piano professor Tom Worrell.

Our Brewtanical Garden has its' own entrance/exit and taps outside the main Tasting Room under the trees. Guests are encouraged to park in the gravel lot next to the space, which is behind the Main Tasting Room building (located in the Cape May Airport at 1250 Hornet Road, Rio Grande).

Enjoy the spacious outdoor concert setting for Rock the Taps. We recommend you BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair) or grab a spot at the picnic tables, chairs, and umbrellas (first come, first serve). We do not serve food, but you are welcome to bring your own food and snacks. Well-behaved dogs welcome.

Doors open at 6:00pm. The show starts at 7:00pm.

This event is rain or shine.
