What a Year for CMBC!
As 2025 winds down, we’re raising a pint to another great year filled with exciting releases, incredible events, and most of all—award-winning beer.
At Cape May Brewing Company, we brew because we love it. Every pour reflects our passion, creativity, and commitment to quality. And while we don’t brew for the awards, it’s always an honor when the beer community recognizes the work our team puts in day in and day out.
This year, several of our brews took home top honors in some of the most prestigious beer competitions in the world and here are some we would like to highlight...
Cosmic Shores
Hazy India Pale Ale • Silver
Our hazy and hypnotic Cosmic Shores landed a silver medal at the World Beer Championship, earning praise for its balance, tropical aroma, and smooth, juicy finish. Dry hopped with Galaxy® Hops, Cosmic Shores features vibrant notes of peach and passionfruit fruit with a crisp, refreshing finish that’s as bright as the stars.
Rolling out in six-packs in January and available for a limited time in our IPA Variety Pack.
Cape May IPA
India Pale Ale • Bronze
Our flagship Cape May IPA continues to shine, taking home an award at the New York International Beer Competition. Cape May IPA is loaded with floral and citrus notes, well-balanced with a zesty finish. A West Coast-style IPA brewed in the heart of the East Coast, it’s the beer that’s Crafted on the Cape.
Available year-round in the Tasting Room and retailers.
Mexican Coffee Stout
Stout brewed with Coffee and Spices • Best in the Mid-Atlantic
Our Mexican Coffee Stout brewed its way to the top by being named Best Spice Beer in the Mid-Atlantic in the United States Beer Tasting Championship. Conditioned on fresh locally-roasted Mexican Chiapas coffee, cinnamon, guajillo peppers, and vanilla, Mexican Coffee Stout lands perfectly balanced amongst the coffee, spice, and rich stout base.

Cape May Light
Light Lager • Bronze
Best for last... Our Cape May Light earned a bronze medal at the Great American Beer Festival—one of the largest and most competitive beer competitions in the country. This easy-drinking lager is proof that crisp and clean can still be complex and award-worthy. A crisp, clean lager without sacrificing flavor. With just 99 calories and 3g of carbs, it’s the ideal brew – from beach days to BBQs to tailgates.
Available year-round in the Tasting Room and rolling out to retail in the Spring.
