When our Brewer Brad Young walked into the Marketing Department in March with a test batch of what was soon to be the new and exciting, Pineapple Crushin’ It, the team's eyes lit up with excitement. It’s always a good day when anyone gets to taste-test a batch of beer, especially when it’s the newest varietal in our Crushin’ It family.

[Ed note: trying the beer helps the Marketing Team accurately write the beer descriptions, so doing a little beer sampling at 3:00 pm on a Tuesday is for research purposes!]

One sip of Pineapple Crushin’ It and the Marketing Team was in love. From the smell of the fruity aromas, to the taste of fresh pineapple with a kiss of lime, to the overall refreshingness of it, we were sold. The only downfall was that we had to wait a long, grueling, painful, four months for it to be released.

[Ed note: AND, we had to keep it a secret, which is hard when you’ve just tasted your new favorite brew and want to tell everyone you know.]

The Team “oohed” and “aahed” over this beer, carefully listening to Brad explain how he created it. We always love hearing about the work that goes into crafting our delicious brews. Brad was able to make some real magic with this one. He combined Sabro hops with fresh pineapple juice and from there, Pineapple Crushin’ It was born. This IPA will be your very own tropical paradise.

Luckily for all of us, we can finally get our hands on Pineapple Crushin’ It! It’s now available in a 6-pack to-go in our Brewtique for $14.99 and on draft in our Tasting Room.
