You know we love nostalgia here at CMBC, and we love testing the limits of beer and food-inspired flavors even more.
Our latest culinary-inspired concoction is no different. You might have seen some of our fun ten-year celebration brews in the On the Way to Cape May Series, including Sticky Bun, Watermelon Salt Water Taffy, and Cotton Candy! This time, we went with a favorite springtime treat—jellybeans!—and created an ale around those flavors.
If you're looking for something you won't find at any other brewery, this is definitely the beer to try!
Inspired by those colorful, tasty, nostalgic jelly beans straight out of your childhood Easter basket, To Dye For is one sweet treat of a beer. Brewed with a hefty portion of oats and wheat and conditioned on vanilla, To Dye For rounds out its flavor profile with a dash of lactose. It plays into its sour elements, mimicking the burst of flavor from the candies and replicating the joy of dying Easter eggs!
To Dye For is perfect for sharing, so we recommend grabbing a 4-pack of this treat to try with your friends and family. If you’re looking for a smaller dose of goodness, you can sip on this in a flight while you hang out at our Cape May Tasting Room this weekend! This brew is only available in the Tasting Room starting today, Friday, April 1st, for a limited time while supplies last!
