What’s better than a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow? Cape May Beer, of course!

We have a lot of fun in store for St. Patrick’s Day! And we’re kicking off the weekend with a double-can release. On Friday, March 17th, we’ll be releasing The Grove, our 4.5% Citrus Shandy and Half Seas Over, our 5% Irish Red Ale. Both brews will be available on draft in the Tasting Room and packaged to go in our Brewtique. We’ll also have our one-off, festive Irish Potato Golden Barleywine available on draft all weekend.

The fun doesn’t stop there! The Tasting Room will be decked out in green all weekend, including our beer, Longliner. On top of that, The Grove, Half Seas Over, Irish Potato Golden Barleywine and Cape May Gold will be available as the official St. Patrick’s Day flight for the occasion.

• The Grove drinks like you picked the fruit this morning, squeezed it into a glass, and — poof! — turned it into the most intensely crushable beer you've ever seen. Snappy, super bright, and ridiculously refreshing.

• In a cheeky tribute to this European beer’s history and some of the biggest beer consumers in the world, our Irish-style Red Ale, Half Seas Over, is crafted with all British malts, as well as British East Kent Golding hops for a touch of hop notes.

• Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, our Irish Potato Barleywine brings a flavor like no other. With a base beer that consists of new golden barleywine, single malt and hopped with East Kent Golding hops, this unique blend is loaded with flavors of caramel and sweet toffee.

• Like the historic coastal town of Cape May, Cape May Gold is a timeless treasure. Easy-drinking, approachable, and expertly crafted by our team of brewers, this golden ale will take you on a refreshing journey reminiscent of discovering the wonders of Cape May for the first time.

There will be a limited amount of CMBC St. Patrick’s Day shirts available in our Brewtique! Whoever is lucky enough to kick the keg of our Irish Potato one-off will receive a free one.

To top things off, Zero Hour, a party rock cover band, will be playing in the beer garden from 4-7 pm on Friday, March 17th!
