We have a professional chef on staff who's also a brewer! JP has been instrumental in some of our earliest beer recipes involving food (such as Watermelon Wheat!), and we enlisted him to help craft the perfect Cape May IPA beer cheese.
You can enjoy beer cheese with chips, on a burger, or as a chili dog! The combinations are endless!
Our Marketing Coordinator Brigitta whipped up this incredible Buffalo Blue Chicken Dip using IPA that was a major hit with our production team. We could barely take pictures before this disappeared...
