Yes! The hours will be the same as Pick of the Batch—12pm to 6pm, with last call at 5:45pm. Please note that our Tasting Room may be busier than usual that day with our fall festival going on behind the building!

Please be mindful of your personal belongings at all times. Cape May Brewing Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

While we normally encourage you to bring your pets with you while you visit our Brewtanical Garden, this event is expected to be particularly busy, and vastly different from most other events in this space. It could be overwhelming to even the best pups, so we ask that you leave your pets at home if you plan to attend the event. There are no dogs permitted at Pick of the Batch.

By attending Pick of the Batch, please note you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence at Pick of the Batch constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Cape May Brewing Company and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the above, we ask that you not attend Pick of the Batch.

Water or non-alc? Sure! But that's a negative on outside alcohol. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Ticket cost does not include any brew pours—these are available to purchase separately during the event. Please be respectful of our crew and fellow guests, and please drink responsibly. It is illegal to take any alcohol outside of the Pick of the Batch bounds (even if you’re just going to visit the Tasting Room). In the spaces outside of the Tasting Room and Brewtanical Garden gates, it is illegal to drink alcohol. If you plan to travel between the two, you must consume or dispose of your alcohol before leaving each space. You may be asked to hand over your alcohol if you are found in violation of the above. Guests found to be impaired by alcohol or other substances will be removed from the event without refund and may face prosecution.

For our standard glass mug and a ticket to Pick of the Batch, General Admission is $20. We also offer a Non-Drinking Ticket for children 6 and up or any adult who will not be drinking for $10. This ticket does not include glassware. Tickets purchased the day of will be $25.

Kids are welcome! Kids 5 years of age and under are free to attend. Children 6 years of age and older must have a Non-Drinking Ticket in order to attend.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. In the event of weather delaying the event to Sunday, October 8th, your ticket will roll over to that date. No refunds will be given if you cannot attend that day.
