Brand Ambasassador

Representative in NJ, DE, & PA

Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for helping build brand recognition and successfully promoting the product and brand in the field.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Produce sampling activations at key off-premise accounts
  • Proactively network and gain the trust of potential customers and partners
  • Understand our products and services; fully inform potential customers
  • Deliver and help set up promotional materials at key accounts
  • Capture qualitative data from events
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales departments regarding customers’ insights and questions
  • Report to and check in with manager on a weekly basis
  • Complete detailed post-analysis reports of all events and remain in regular communication with Supervisor and sales team
  • Responsible for securing/transporting equipment/beer to and from events, day-of setup/breakdown and preparation/sampling of beer
  • Travel throughout geographic area
  • Support the team with other marketing/sales-related tasks as needed, festival support as needed
  • Drive sales and spread awareness of Cape May Brewing Co brands
  • Plan and participate in regular training activities

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver’s License, good driving record and a reliable automobile

Special Requirements:

  • Energetic, organized and motivated problem solver
  • Passionate about craft beer and have deep knowledge of the local craft market
  • Have strong sales, communication and presentation skills

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to drive to various locations and to Cape May, NJ
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, talk, hear, grasp, handle, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, bend, and type and or/write
  • Ability to open cans, pour and serve beer
  • Ability to handle and maneuver 30lb cases and 165lb kegs
  • Ability to use a calculator, computer, phone
  • Ability to speak and hear

Environmental Conditions:

  • Subject to entering bars, restaurants, package, liquor and grocery and specialty product stores.
