Warehouse Associate

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working with our warehouse, brewing, and packaging teams to ensure proper organization and availability of all raw materials and finished goods.

  • Moving materials from one facility to another, organizing the cold storage areas to accommodate packaging operations, and receiving and storing raw material shipments.

  • Preparing wholesale and tasting room orders by processing requests pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the appropriate delivery area.

  • Following established standard operating procedures for all warehouse operations such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, product rotation and keeping warehouse inventory current.

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate inventory records are recorded.

  • Frequently loading, unloading, and organizing of materials on and off trucks.

  • Recording shipment, inventory, and transfer data on a spreadsheet and/or in a computer.

  • Performing item and material transfers between multiple locations and lines of business.

  • Adhering to internal procedures for operating equipment including vehicle pre-check inspections.

  • Operating equipment like hand dollies, a pallet jack box truck and a forklift.

  • Participating in training and/or development opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Who You Are:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience and enjoy organizing.

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are able to independently prioritize your work and tasks for the day.

  • You have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

  • You are 18 years of age or older.

  • You are forklift certified or are willing to get forklift certification.

  • You are comfortable working in an office setting as well as a warehouse manufacturing environment.

  • You are able to stand, walk, talk, hear, grasp, handle, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, bend, and type and/or write for extended periods of time.

  • You can maneuver 30 pound cases and 165 pound kegs.

  • You can enter and exit a truck via rear access with and without a liftgate.

  • You are comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures. Some of your work will be done in a cold refrigerator box and some will be done in a warehouse.

  • You are comfortable operating heavy and mechanical equipment in all weather conditions.

  • You are comfortable with occasionally being exposed to loud noises and fumes.

  • You are comfortable working near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic.

  • You must wear safety goggles, steel-toed safety boots, ear protection, and safety bels as necessary.
